Suspect arrested in Westfield Brandon shooting

UPDATE: 

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office has arrested the suspect in yesterday’s Westfield Brandon shooting.

Quran Deandre Johnson, 19, was arrested while operating a stolen vehicle. He faces charges of Attempted 2nd Degree Murder, Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon, and Simple Battery.

This is an active investigation. Any further updates will be released by HCSO's Public Affairs Office.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office has identified the suspect in yesterday’s Westfield Brandon shooting.

Quran Deandre Johnson, 19, faces charges of Attempted 2nd Degree Murder, Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon, and Simple Battery.

Johnson is 6’2” tall, weighs approximately 180 pounds, and has a thin build.
