RFQ 2026-017 CMAR Svcs for Renovation of New SOC Details

In accordance with Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, known as the Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) is issuing RFQ 2026-017 seeking qualifications from firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the adaptive reuse, renovation, and/or alteration of portions of five (5) floors of an existing HCSO facility.
