He oversaw crisis communications during the COVID-19 pandemic at a health system in Rochester, NY, with more than 18,000 employees and 50,000 patients. In his last role at AdventHealth, he collaborated with national brands like the Bucs and the Lightning to increase brand exposure and build patient trust.
