RFQ 2026-003 AE Design Svcs-Training Acad Ph 2-3 Details

HCSO is seeking proposals from qualified Proposers to provide professional architectural and engineering services for the interior renovation and systems modernization of the HCSO Training Academy - Phases 2 and 3, located at 10210 Windhorst Road, Tampa, Florida 33619. Phase 1 has been designed and is under permit review, and Phase 2 has been designed up to 60% design. Due to CCNA thresholds for individual projects, the HCSO is seeking to engage a firm to review, validate, and complete the Phase 2 and Phase 3 design. All available existing design documents, reports, and digital files will be provided to the selected firm for evaluation and incorporation, as appropriate.
