Nikki Bosley, Colonel

Colonel Nikki Bosley is the Commander of the Department of Investigative Services for the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.

A Hillsborough County native and University of South Florida graduate with a bachelor’s in criminology, she joined HCSO in 2007 and quickly built a diverse career across Patrol, Field Training, Street Crimes, Investigations, and covert operations.

She rose through the ranks as a Field Training Deputy, Detective, and supervisor in Districts I, IV, and V, as well as the Special Investigations Division and Professional Standards Bureau.

A graduate of the inaugural National Public Safety Innovation Academy and the FDLE Florida Executive Leadership Seminar, Colonel Bosley also serves on the Board of Directors for the Brandon Chamber of Commerce.

Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to professional excellence, operational expertise and community partnership.
