Details:
Around 6:30 Sunday night deputies were call an apartment complex, 13712 19th Street North, for reports of shots fired. When deputies arrived, they learned the man who had been shot was transported to AdventHealth Hospital by private vehicle. The man was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Deputies learned the victim and his neighbor, Kendrick James, got into an altercation, and at some point the victim was shot. Deputies are currently looking for James and a burgundy 2015 Nissan Altima, FL Tag: JJQ-K38, that may be connected to the crime.
If you see James, please do not approach him and call 911 immediately.
