The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's assistance to identify a pregnant woman accused of spending tens of thousands of dollars using a fraudulent credit card.
From September 4-October 1, 2018, the unknown female suspect used her victim's identity to open an account at First Tech Federal Credit Union with a $40,000 credit line. The woman then made fraudulent purchases amounting to $40,000 at Publix, Target and Winn-Dixie stores throughout Hillsborough, Pasco and Polk County.
The suspect is described as a black female, 18-30 years old and possibly pregnant. She was last seen wearing a blue dress with yellow flowers.
Anyone with information in reference to the suspect is asked to call the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office at 813-247-8200.
