Donald Morris, Captain

Captain Donald Morris is a lifelong Hillsborough County resident and 35-year veteran of the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office. During his career, he has served in a variety of assignments in supervisory positions. Captain Morris previously served as a hostage negotiator and assistant team leader on the Crisis Negotiations Team. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Troy University and is a graduate of the Southern Police Institute. In his spare time, you will find him at the beach or fishing in the mountains of North Carolina and spending time with his family.
