Detectives identify couple wanted in carjacking

On November 25, Isabella Vivian Perez was identified as the female passenger possibly involved in the incident. The victim positively identifed Perez. A warrant was obtained for Perez for the charges of carjacking and simple battery. She is currently still at large. 
 
On November 26, detectives received an anonymous tip who identified the male driver, Kevin Ramirez (age 24), as a potential suspect in the incident. The victim also positively identified Ramirez. A warrant was obtained for Ramirez for the charges of carjacking and burglary of a conveyance with assault or battery. Later that day, Ramirez was arrested.
 
Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Perez is asked to contact the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office at 813-247-8200 or Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay at 1-800-873-TIPS (8477) to be eligible for a cash reward.
